How to protect word document

It is as easy as abc to protect Microsoft word document by giving password to. The following process in video is given for the version 2003 and xp.First of all create a document after that just go to tool menu and select "option" from it. There is tab given named security. Click on it. 

You will two text boxes. One for the password to open another for the password to modify document. Enter both the password respectively. Repeated those will be asked to enter. So just enter it and click on ok. Thats it. After ward every time when you goes to open word document it will ask you to enter both the password one by one.
