How To Expand Right-Click ‘Send to’ Menu in Windows XP/7

     When user right-click a file, folder or program in windows, gets a short list of the locations where he want to send copies of the document. Using that option user can create copies of the data and transfer to the location listed in the ‘Send to’ menu. Most probably that option is used to send data to the flash drive or to create short cut of the any application.
User can get rid of copy and paste command. Here is the quick tip given to expand “Send to” menu.

Step By Step

1.         Go to the C:\Documents and Settings\admin\SendTo

2.         In this folder create shortcut of your any existing folder where your frequently takes backup.

3.         Now you can have that folder in “Send To” list.

In Windows 7

Go to C:/Users/username/AppData/Roaming/Microsoft/Windows/SendTo and follow the above steps

Or Just install a small application names sendtosendto.

* select the drive where your operating system is installed.
