A VCF file is a standard file format for storing contact information for a person or business.
To backup contacts on Local Computer Drive:
Generally, almost all the manufacturer provides application like PC Suite to transfer phone data into the computer. All kind of data like – contacts, audio file, video file, SMS, MMS can be copied from the phone to a desktop or laptop computer.
Connect your phone to PC/laptop via USB port. Open PC Suite software. Look for Contacts. Click to export. It will ask for the location where you want to save the backup contact data. Enter the name and click ok button.
If your phone doesn’t come with any PC suite software, you can use any third party software which supports to the most of the phone for backup and restore purpose.
