Homemade Drinks To Boost Immunity Power

Recently, some cases are found that COVID-19 patients cured. If there is no vaccine invented so far then how it is possible? It's all because of the strong immune system of the body.

The more powerful the immune system, the more protective you are. In the last article, I discussed anti-viral food to protect against Coronavirus. These ingredients increase

immunity power. Anyone can make a simple immunity booster drink to fight against Coronavirus. Few points must be kept into mind:

  1. For strong immunity power, a balanced and healthy diet should be taken. Avoid junk foods.
  2. Include in your diet the food rich in carbs, protein, fiber, fat, vitamin-c, copper, iron, potassium, vitamin B6 and manganese.
  3. If possible, use coconut oil in the recipes.


A strong immune system fights against any kind of bacterias or viruses. The body has a weak immune system that gets infected easily and the body struggles against illness.
Orange is rich in the anti-oxidants element. Ascorbic acid and beta-carotene are very effective in fighting infections. These elements are found in Orange. Cucumber is another element which full of vitamins, minerals, and electrolytes. These are helpful to keep away infections.  -

Orange Boost Recipe

1 Big Carrot
2 Oranges
100ml orange juice
1 tbs Chia seeds
6-8 drops of curd
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon (Daal Chini)
1/2 tablespoon crushed ginger
1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
1/2 tablespoon turmeric

Process :
Mix all these above elements in a blender. Make it thin and mix well.
Pour into the glass and it is ready to serve.

If all the above not available only oranges will do. Juice makes juice of two or three oranges add a half a cup of water. That's it.


Hot Lemon And Ginger Tea

Both the ginger and lemon are full of antioxidants and vitamins so adding it in our daily routine is beneficial. Ginger can also help increase blood circulation and lemons can help soothe inflammation.

Health Ministry of India has launched the app Aarogya Setu.When the virus infection reaches the community level, at the third stage, at that time the victim hardly remembers all the routine he did in the past. The victim can not clarify the exact numbers of people he met. In such a condition, the detection source becomes a tough task. So, the government has decided to follow what Singapore did.

Do you do nothing in the name of exercise? So you should start taking special care of your neck and waist. Because these symptoms are leading you to cervical spondylosis. Due to ultra-modern features, cervical spondylosis problem is starting to occur in three categories: Young, elder and Senior. Even when the winter season starts, a little negligence will increase neck and waist pain. In fact, we have waist flexibility but due to lack of proper use it can cause stiffness. Due to the tide of information technology, all the work in the offices has started on the computer; Students have to bend their heads in reading, writing, cooking in the standing kitchen or working men and women for hours. This position invites cervical spondylosis. The illness comes from luxuries facilities. Dashmool kwath is also helpful here. Cervical wear is advised in modern medicine when there is primary stage pain. This can prevent pressure from a particular nerve. Further care can be prevented if care is taken early. But if there is pressure on the nerve, it can cause a lot of restriction on other body functions and on the moment. In that kind of situation surgery is the only solution. Damage cannot be reversed but further damage can be stopped. Yoga should be done to maintain flexibility in the muscles and joints. We should exercise in backward bending at least 5 to 10 times a day. Do not use excessive pillows and soft pillows.

Corona virus is getting more dangerous day by day. Its prevalence is even greater as its transmission increases and the number of people dying from it increases. The first victims of the corona virus are patients with heart disease, diabetes, and asthma. Researchers in China, after studying 72,000 patients have concluded that, 10.5 percent of Oman patients dying from the virus were cardiovascular patients. The mortality rate for the virus was 7.3% in diabetic patients and 6.3% in those with severe respiratory diseases.
The World Health Organization recently directed that people stay away from people who may be exposed to the virus as soon as possible. Take extra care when approaching sick people. The number of infected patients and deaths worldwide is increasing.
